To ensure the best experience, I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for prime dates from May through October. Full Service and Partial Planning clients typically book 12–18 months in advance; Event Management is often booked 8–12 months ahead.

I’m based in the Greater Toronto Area but love to travel for weddings! Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

That works perfectly. Many couples come to me with vendors already secured. I’ll review their contracts, coordinate timelines, and help round out your vendor dream team with trusted referrals if needed. Depending on how much is already in place, Partial Planning or Event Management is usually the best fit. We can create a custom Partial Planning package based on what you’ve already handled, or keep things simple with Event Management to wrap up the final logistics and bring everything together.

For partial and full service, the package price is split into 3 even payments; one to secure your date, the next midway, and the remaining 1 week before your wedding. For Event Management, it is a 50% retainer and remaining balance due 1 day before the wedding. Custom schedules are available if needed.

Yes — I personally attend all Full Service & Partial Planning weddings. Event Management clients are on a first come, first serve basis. If I’m unavailable, I’ll pair you with a trusted Associate Planner and introduce them well in advance.
