To ensure the best experience, I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for prime dates from May through October. Full Service and Partial Planning clients typically book 12–18 months in advance; Event Management is often booked 8–12 months ahead.

Every couple’s needs are different, that’s why I offer Event Management, Partial Planning, and Full Service options. Event Management is ideal if you’ve planned everything and need expert coordination closer to the date. Partial Planning offers flexible support along the way. Full Service includes comprehensive planning and design from start to finish.

Jasmine Summers Events is based in both Toronto, Ontario and Boston, Massachusetts, serving couples throughout the Greater Toronto Area and New England. We also welcome destination celebrations, with travel arrangements discussed during the consultation process.

That works perfectly. Many couples come to me with vendors already secured. I’ll review their contracts, coordinate timelines, and help round out your vendor dream team with trusted referrals if needed. Depending on how much is already in place, Partial Planning or Event Management is usually the best fit. We can create a custom Partial Planning package based on what you’ve already handled, or keep things simple with Event Management to wrap up the final logistics and bring everything together.

For partial and full service, the package price is split into 3 even payments; one to secure your date, the next as we begin the Design & Creative phase, and the remaining due 30 days before your wedding date.
For Event Management, it is a 50% retainer and remaining balance due 7 days before the wedding.
Custom schedules are available if needed. -
Absolutely! Jasmine personally leads every wedding booked with Jasmine Summers Events. From planning and preparation through to wedding-day execution, you'll work directly with Jasmine, supported by an experienced team of wedding assistants as needed.
